The State of New Jersey Vital Records Office is located at 140 East Front Street Trenton, NJ 08625.  All New Jersey Vital Records are available at the Trenton Office for you to walk in and obtain your Vital Record.  In addition you may also obtain a New Jersey Vital record in the Town/City where the event occurred.
